1. Registration to Nursery class is made in September – October every year as per the Principal’s Circular.
2. Eligibility of age for admission to Nursery class is between 3 to 4 years, LKG 4 to 5 years and UKG 5 to 6 years as on 31st March of the concerned academic year.
3. Admission to class 1 will be given only if the child is 6 years.
4. Submission of the application form along with the original Municipal Birth Certificate / a Baptismal Certificate / Notified Area Council Certificate( in the case of Christians) is mandatory.
5. New admission to other classes will be made subject to the vacancies in each class after the annual result at the end of the month of March.
6. Students who seek admission to other classes:  (a) Students applying for admission are as a rule, subject to an entrance examination held at the beginning of the academic year.  (b) No special books are required for preparation . Students will take the test from the syllabus of the class previous to which they seek admission.  (c) They must bring their own stationary for the test.
7. Submission of their original date of birth certificate in addition to the school leaving certificate  from the previous school certificate showing their date of birth is mandatory.
8. No admission will be granted to students who have been defaulters at school regarding their attendance, ill behaviour, misconduct or any moral breach and have been issued warning cards or letters.
9. The school does not provide any transport facility to the students.

REMEMBER : Every new student must bring :

• A school leaving Certificate from the school she/he has last attended.
• If she/he comes from a school outside the State, the certificate has to be countersigned by the Education officer of the place where that school is situated.
• The original Municipal Birth Certificate, a Baptismal certificate or Notified Area Council Certificate (in the case of Christians) if the child has not attended any school before.
